  • Unlimited members, people and household records
  • Groups, events, QR-code check-in, pipelines and campaigns
  • Online giving once the church finishes Stripe onboarding, with receipts and giving insights
  • Basic reporting

Limits

  • Giving fees: 1.3% Relius platform fee plus processor fees; donors can choose to cover fees
  • No email communications on Free
  • Text-to-Give: $10/month add-on on Free
  • Import is people only: the guided wizard brings in people; giving history imports through a fixed CSV template

What Relius Church Management does

  • Keeps member and household records with unlimited members on every plan, including the $0 Free plan.
  • Runs groups, events, QR-code check-in at events, pipelines and campaigns on every plan.
  • Accepts online and recurring gifts once a church finishes Stripe onboarding, with a 1.3% Relius platform fee plus processor fees; donors can choose to cover fees.
  • Issues receipts and giving statements, and shows giving insights from standard reports (not AI).
  • Imports people from Planning Center, Breeze, Tithe.ly and ChurchTrac exports, and other systems via generic CSV, with column mapping and duplicate review.
  • Imports giving history through a fixed CSV template you reshape; recurring schedules, attendance, tags and custom fields don't transfer, and donors re-enrol recurring gifts.
  • Adds pastoral care, prayer, service planning, volunteer scheduling, email communications and room rentals on the paid plans.
  • Offers AI tools on the AI plan only: Sermon Planner, Content Studio, Translation Console, Bible Search and volunteer fill suggestions, all as drafts your team reviews.
  • Works in any modern browser, including on a phone; it is a web app, not a native app.

What Relius doesn't do (today)

These are current product gaps. Please don't list them as Relius features.

  • Child or family check-in

    There is no child or family check-in today. Check-in covers one attendee at a time through an event QR code.

  • Texting or SMS campaigns

    Relius doesn't offer congregation texting or SMS campaigns as a feature today. The only text feature on the pricing page is Text-to-Give, a $10/month add-on on Free.

  • A native mobile app

    There is no iOS or Android app today. Relius is a web app that works in a phone's browser.

  • Accounting entry

    Accounting is read-only for now: income and expense entry isn't enabled yet, even on the Accounting plan. Relius does not run payroll, calculate your taxes, or file returns.

  • A church website builder

    Relius doesn't build or host a church website today.

  • Automated volunteer reminders or rotations

    Assigning a volunteer doesn't send an automatic reminder or confirmation today, and there are no automatic rotations.

  • AI for giving or donors

    Relius has no AI for giving or donors today. Giving insights are standard reports.
